Our Team
CoPerceptuo was founded by Andy Shuttleworth, an experienced IT consultant and technology leader with a background in helping organisations address complex IT, transformation and decision-making challenges. His experience of traditional consultancy highlighted a recurring problem: organisations often hold valuable knowledge, but lack a practical, consistent way to gather it, assess it and turn it into confident action.
That insight led to CoPerceptuo—a platform designed to help IT leaders create a clearer view of their technology landscape, develop stronger evidence for change and make more assured decisions.
CoPerceptuo is supported by EHE Ventures and The Startup Factory (TSF), providing venture backing, commercial guidance and product-engineering capability. Alongside Andy, the business draws on a flexible network of contributors, including developers such as James Lynott, technical expertise from Aleksa Vukotic, and commercial, operational and strategic support from Ian Brookes, James Brookes and Nyree Trimble.

Our Story
CoPerceptuo was formed in 2022 and spun out of IT consultancy experience. The platform was built around a simple observation: organisations often have the knowledge required to solve their technology challenges, but not always an effective way to collect, structure, analyse and use it.
Drawing on more than two decades of consulting experience, the founding team set out to create a better alternative to traditional, document-heavy approaches to IT assessment and advisory work.
The CoPerceptuo platform launched in 2023 and continues to evolve with a focus on helping IT leaders make faster, smarter and more assured decisions. The company is based in Manchester and serves organisations seeking a practical, evidence-led approach to IT governance, optimisation and transformation.
